PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition, which is an advanced surface treatment technology widely used in the world. Under vacuum conditions, gas or vaporized species are separated by gas discharge, and the vaporized species or its reactants are deposited on the substrate while gas ions or vaporized species ions are bombarded. PVD is rich in bright and elegant colors, and its excellent resistance to harsh environments, easy to clean, and non-fading properties are deeply loved by consumers.

Apply primer and topcoat on the faucet substrate, and send it to a dust-free constant temperature drying room for electric heating or far-infrared high-temperature baking after each painting, so that the paint layer can be cured. The surface of the paint faucet is smooth and shiny, which can present a visual texture similar to that of a piano, making the whole product look very high-end.
